Across our markets, women farm more than half the land and own a fraction of the machines. That gap shows up in yields, in income, and in the next generation’s opportunities.

This year we set three targets: 50% women among new PAYG renters, 1,000 women operators certified annually, and gender-responsive design baked into every product surface.

The third one is the hardest. It means our booking flows, our agent recruitment, our hub layouts — every product decision — pass through a gender lens before it ships.
