The programme

Built for early-career operators.

The fellowship places ten to fifteen people each year across our hub network. You’ll own a workstream, report to a hub lead, and ship at the pace of a real operating business.

· 12-month, full-time, paid placement
· Hub-based, with quarterly cohort weeks at HQ
· Open to candidates with 0–4 years of work experience
· Strong preference for in-region candidates
